This Privacy Policy applies to easy-insight.com owned and operated by Easy Insight LLC (“Easy Insight”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). Easy Insight is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Easy Insight LLC through the easy-insight.com website (“Personal Information”) and the Easy Insight platform (“User Content”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information We may collect, how We use that information, with whom We share it and the options available to you regarding the retention of that information. This Privacy Policy does not speak to the practices of any third parties, including those of Our partners who may display Easy Insight branding on their sites. The Website is not intended for children and is not targeted to children under the age of 13. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. By voluntarily using an Easy Insight website you are indicating your consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms.

Easy Insight complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Easy Insight has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Easy Insight commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Private Shield policy should first contact Easy Insight at: complaints@easy-insight.com

Easy Insight has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to EU Data Protection Authorities, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the European Union. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm for more information or to file a complaint. The services of EU DPA are provided at no cost to you.

You may have the option to select binding arbitration for the resolution of your complaint under certain circumstances, provided you have taken the following steps: (a) raised your compliant directly with Easy Insight and provided us the opportunity to resolve the issue, (b) made use of the independent dispute resolution mechanism identified above, and (c) raised the issue through the relevant data protection authority and allowed the U.S. Department of Commerce an opportunity to resolve the complaint at no cost to you. Information Collected by Easy Insight

Personal Information - We collect e-mail addresses of those who communicate with Us via e-mail, aggregate site information, and information you volunteer (such as your name, email address, company name, etc).

Billing information - (e.g., billing details and financial information associated with your selected payment method like credit card number and expiration date). We don’t store any credit card information, and use a third party service as a credit card processor.

User Content - As part of Our Online Service, Easy Insight collects information under the direction of its Customers. In this capacity, Our Customer is the controller of their data and Easy Insight acts as a data processor.

Use of Information Collected by Easy Insight

The Personal Information We collect is used to improve the content of Our Web pages, the quality of Our service, billing issues, and policy or product updates. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from Us, please follow the unsubscribe links in each promotional email. User Content is only used as a course of business that includes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, and technical support.

Easy Insight acts as a processor for User Content, with no direct relationship with the individuals or end users whose personal data Our platform may process. Customers maintain and warranty sole responsibility over their use of Our platform, and any content that is inserted into Easy Insight. The collection, use, transfer, and retention of User Content processed by Easy Insight are governed by Our customer’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.

Information Sharing

The Personal Information We collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, with your permission, or under the following circumstances:

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
We transfer information about you if Easy Insight is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Easy Insight will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
User Content, or unidentifiable aggregates, are never shared by Easy Insight. Customers may choose to share their User Content and are responsible for maintaining and/or updating the individuals with whom they share.


Easy Insight uses a third party Tier 1 data center service provider, Amazon Web Services, to host Our Site, Services, and Software in a secure production environment that uses a firewall and other technology to reasonably prevent access from outside intruders.

Data Retention

Although Easy Insight owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Easy Insight platform, you retain all rights to your User Content.
Customers may choose to delete their User Content from the Easy Insight platform at any time. Easy Insight is not responsible for restoring User Content deleted by Customers, whether or not that deletion was intentional. If you do not delete your User Content prior to account closure, Easy Insight may retain User Content for a commercially reasonable amount of time. If you would like Us to delete your User Content for you, please email support@easy-insight.com.


Easy Insight is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.


Easy Insight may periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Easy Insight account and/or by placing a prominent notice on Our site.
